Since 1996, Dan Hall has represented buyers and sellers of Main Street businesses as well as Mid-market transactions in a variety of industries.

Following a career as a small business owner, Dan has established successful business brokerage practices in Tyler, Texas and Birmingham, Alabama.

In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker in Texas and Alabama, Dan is also a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser.

Associations
Dan has been active in various industry trade associations over the past years and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and the President of the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB). Currently, Dan is completing a second term on the Board of Directors of the IBBA and is also Chairman of the Membership Committee. In 2006, he was awarded the Fellow of the IBBA award in recognition of his service to the organization.
